Day 1: Haridwar - Barkot (205 km, approx 6 hours)
In Haridwar, our representative will meet you and pick you up in your pre-booked vehicle which will take you to Barkot. We will go via Musoorie so that you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and nature. On reaching Barkot, you will check-in at your pre-booked hotel and will stay overnight.
Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 km & 5 km trek each side)
Morning (4:00 AM) drive to Jankichatti (42 km) and then trek 5 km from Jankichatti to Yamunotri. If you wish, you can go by paddal, doli or horse (on your own expense). On reaching Yamunotri, take bath in hot Jamunabai Kund and visit the temple. After the darshan, you can pack rice in a cloth and cook it by putting it in the hot Kund. This rice is taken home as "prasad". Then we will return via Jankichatti and Barkot. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi (95 km, approx 4 hours)
Morning (9:00 AM) After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Uttarkashi. Visit Praketswar Mahadev on the way. On reaching Uttarkashi, check in at the hotel. In the evening visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple of Uttarkashi and then return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 km each side)
Morning (5:00 AM) drive towards Gangotri. On reaching Gangotri, take bath in Ganga, which is also known as Bhagirathi. Then visit the temple. After the visit, drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay will be in Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi via Tehri Dam (223 km, approx 9-10 hours)
Morning (7:00 AM) After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive via Tehri Dam to Guptkashi. On reaching Guptkashi, check in to the hotel. In the evening, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Guptkashi and then return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 6: Guptkashi – Gauri Kund – Kedarnath (35 km & 17 km trek)
Morning (5:00 AM) check out from hotel and drive to Gauri Kund. From here we will start a 17 km trek till Kedarnath. You can make the trek by foot, doli or horse (at your own expense). On reaching Kedarnath, check in at hotel. In the evening visit Shankaracharya Samadhi and participate in evening Aarti. Overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 7: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (17 km down trek & 35 km, 3 hours by road)
Morning (4:00 AM) go for temple darshan, after darshan come back to hotel and have breakfast. After that trek till Gauri Kund. Then drive to Guptkashi. On reaching Guptkashi, check-in at hotel. Overnight stay will be in hotel.
Day 8: Guptkashi – Badrinath (190 km / approx 9 hours)
Morning (7:00 AM) After breakfast drive to Badrinath via Chopta. On reaching Badrinath, check-in at hotel. After taking some rest, visit Mana Village (which is the last village before the Tibet border). See Vyas Cave, Ganesh Cave, Charanpaduka, Bhim Pul and the mouth of Saraswati river. Then come back to the hotel and take part in the Aarti in the evening. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 9: Badrinath – Srinagar (190 km / approx 8 hours)
Morning (4:00 AM) Take bath in Taptkund, which is also known as Suryakund. Then visit the temple. After the darshan, come back to the hotel and have breakfast. Check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar. On reaching Srinagar, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Srinagar – Haridwar (100 km / 4 hours)
In the morning, you will get a tasty breakfast at the hotel, after that you will have to check-out as you have to go back to Haridwar, where your Chardham Yatra Haridwar tour will end.
